Elaine Salkeld Sertway Woodbury Heights, N.J. Elaine Salkeld Sertway, age 68, of Woodbury Heights passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019. Elaine had been employed with John H. Glenn Elementary School as a Preschool Teacher and a Reading Specialist with Lower Camden County. Elaine was former member of Master Chorale (Soprano), and Haddonfield United Methodist Church choir, member of the Richwood United Methodist Church choir, past president of Porcelain Painters of Southern NJ, International Porcelain Artists Inc., IPAT (International Porcelain Art Teacher), Quilting Divas of Southern NJ, and past treasurer of Crystal Spring Camp Meeting Women's Association. Wife of Jon A. Sertway, also survived by her son Andrew Sertway and his wife Cristina from Mullica Hill, daughter Ellison S. Bailis of San Ramon, CA, grandchildren Austin Sertway, Julian Sertway and Chloe Petroski, sisters Suellen Springer and Ann Akers. Elaine was predeceased by her parents, Edgar and Lillian Salkeld, her brother Edgar Todd, and grandchild Isaac. Family and Friends are invited to visit from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Thursday, January 17th at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday.
